The world will be even safer in 2-3 weeks - Trump

Trump reiterated his earlier belief that Putin would not have come for talks in Turkey if the US president had not arrived there as well, European Pravda reported.

“I understand that,” Trump said.

He added that “we have to do it”, expressing hope that he would be able to meet with the Russian leader as soon as “we can organize it”.

"But I will tell you, the world is already a much safer place. And I think in two or three weeks it will be even safer," he said.
