Rubio demanded that Russia dialog with Ukraine

Rubio welcomed the 1,000-for-1,000 prisoner exchange between Russia and Ukraine that took place over the weekend.

“The Secretary of State echoed President Trump's calls for constructive, good-faith dialog with Ukraine as the only way to end this war,” said State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce.
