US wants to manage Ukrainian nuclear power plants

"No problem, we can do it," U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright said in response to a question about possible U.S. involvement in managing Ukrainian nuclear power plants to end the war.

The U.S. has vast technical expertise to run these power plants, Fox News reported.

According to Wright, the administration of US President Donald Trump is not yet discussing the possible transfer of Ukrainian nuclear power plants to US ownership.

"I don't think it requires a presence on the ground, but I'll leave foreign policy to President Trump and Secretary of State Rubio. I know they are working tirelessly," Wright added.
