Trump announces Ukrainian offensive

Trump noted that he will soon be talking to President Volodymyr Zelensky about the war.

The meeting is expected to take place on October 17.

“They want to go on the offensive. I will make a decision on this, but they would like to go on the offensive. We will have to make a decision,” Trump said.
