There is only one point in talks with Russia - State Department

Washington sees no point in negotiations until the main thing is achieved - cessation of hostilities, Ukrainska Pravda reported.

"This is a meat grinder. And nothing else can be discussed to achieve a result until the shooting and killing stops. All of our leadership, particularly President Trump and Secretary of State Rubio, have made it publicly clear what is at stake. This is a dynamic that will not be resolved militarily," Bruce stated.

The U.S. will closely monitor Russia's behavior.
