Russian Federation has begun work to shake up the situation in Ukraine - Budanov

“Here, as they say, many factors affect this, but such methodical work, it also began in the fall of 2023, is precisely aimed at preparing for, as they say, the sowing of distrust in the government, this is the middle of 2023,” - said the head of the GUR Kirill Budanov in an interview with Ukrinform.

He said that it should be recognized: such methodical work by the Russians has been going on for several years.

When asked whether the enemy takes advantage of the fact that the society is tired of war, the head of the GUR said that the tired society revives and wakes up only when there are victories. When there are no victories, no matter what you do, nothing will help.

Budanov emphasized that victories - diplomatic, political, public, military - are necessary to support society.
