“The main thing is that we have clearly defined our red lines, the agreement should be in line with European obligations, as well as not contradict the Constitution and legislation of Ukraine. It must necessarily be ratified by the Parliament. An agreement was reached that the document does not count aid provided before its signing,” - said Shmygal.
