"I can say that [oil] exports from Russia have significantly declined. We just want to see the war end. So many people have died. So many Russian soldiers have been killed. So, at some point, they'll smarten up and they'll do it," Trump said, referring to the Russians, according to European Pravda.

"Yes, Russian oil exports have significantly declined," he said.
