US will escort tankers through the Strait of Hormuz

“I am confident that as soon as it becomes militarily feasible, the US Navy, possibly as part of an international coalition, will escort ships through the strait,” said US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.

Iranian and Chinese tankers continue to pass through the strait, indicating that there are no mines, Sky News reports.
