US to assess Russian Federation's terms on ceasefire

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that after a meeting in Saudi Arabia, the Russians detailed a number of conditions they want to see met in order to do so, Reuters reported.

“So we're going to evaluate that,” he assured.
