Trump agreed with Pentagon chief Pete Gegseth's statement that Ukraine joining NATO is not realistic.

“I agree with that. I don't think it's practical,” he said.

Trump emphasized that the US will continue to provide assistance to Ukraine, but wants it to be protected.
