Trump to decide the fate of Netflix and Warner Brothers

“I will be involved in making that decision,” Trump said.

Netflix agreed on Friday to acquire Warner Bros Discovery's television and film studios, as well as its streaming division, for $82.7 billion, Reuters reports.

Trump did not say whether he supports the deal, but pointed to the potential concentration of market power in the entertainment industry.

"That's for economists to decide... But it's a big share of the market. Without a doubt, it could be a problem," Trump said.
