Trump threatens to launch massive strikes against Iran

"Iran's naval forces have been destroyed. Their air force lies in ruins. Our main strategic objectives in Iran are nearing completion," said U.S. President Donald Trump.

Trump noted that the U.S. is independent of the Middle East but is there to assist its allies.

"Over the next two to three weeks, we will launch extremely powerful strikes against them. We will send them back to the Stone Age, where they belong," he said.

Trump said that if Iran does not agree to a deal, the U.S. will launch a very powerful strike against each of their power plants, and likely simultaneously.
