Kellogg plans to meet with Zelensky

It is unclear if Kellogg will be joined by any of Trump's cabinet members or other White House-level officials at the forum, the Kyiv Post reported.

The State Department and White House did not respond to a request for comment on the full U.S. delegation to the URC and the Trump envoy's planned trip.

Kellogg plans to attend the conference, which will be held July 10-11, as part of the U.S. delegation, and its composition was not specified.

Also expected to attend the conference, in addition to Zielenski, are European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and other country leaders. The conference will bring together officials, international organizations, financial institutions, business leaders, municipalities, and other stakeholders to discuss how policy, business, and international engagement can shape the sustainable development of Ukraine's reconstruction after the war.

Several U.S. organizations, notably the Atlantic Council think tank, as well as Razom, a Washington-based organization that provides humanitarian aid to Ukraine, will also participate in the conference.
