Putin wants lasting peace in Ukraine, and that he has publicly voiced some conditions for that.

He was asked if Russia would go with aggression against other states if a peace agreement on Ukraine was reached.

“There are so many false and fake narratives, like that Russia might go after Europe. I think that's just a crazy idea. The problem is there are so many crazy people and they're all talking about it. I think President Trump is very realistic, he knows it's not going to happen,” he said.
