The second season of the series "Wednesday" has ended

If we talk about viewer interest right away, then the first part of the second season of "Wednesday" (Netflix showed it in two parts) collected 3.75 billion minutes of views by August 10. This is the second place after "The Squid Game", which after counting the minutes of views of the second part, will undoubtedly become the first.

From an artistic point of view, it is worth noting that the series, the first two episodes of which are inferior in dynamics to the first season, picks up speed by the middle and end of the season like a speeding locomotive.

In addition, the creators of the series ultimately created a virtually complete picture of the relationships in and around the Addams family. As for "around her", then perhaps even too complete, since you start to get confused from the abundance of characters and connections between them.

If Wednesday took up almost all of the family's time in the first season, then in the second the viewer gets to know Morticia Addams' background in detail and, moreover, in the last episode, the origin of the Thing (completely unexpected) and why Wednesday's father and Morticia's husband does not have supernatural abilities.

We should also note the gradual emergence of Enid Sinclair, Wednesday's roommate in the dorm - in one of the episodes, they even switch bodies with Wednesday. Emma Myers, who plays her, will probably have a good acting future.

Well, Jenna Ortega herself is just as great in the second season as she was in the first. How director Tim Burton manages to do this, given that in other films Ortega is nowhere near Wednesday's level - is a mystery. But that's why he is a film classic.
