The number of destroyed Russian airplanes has been named in the US

They called the attack “extremely significant,” noting that it could force Moscow to take a much tougher stance in negotiations, Reuters reported.

NATO said at least 40 planes were damaged in the attack, while 10 to 13 planes were completely destroyed.
