Whitcoff met with Putin's people

“Today in Florida, a Russian delegation led by Special Envoy Kirill Dmitriev met with a US delegation that included Special Envoy Steve Whitcoff, Jared Kushner, and Senior White House Advisor Josh Greenbaum,” he wrote.

“The parties discussed a number of issues and agreed to stay in touch,” he said.
