"We are going to add Mexican cartels to the list of terrorist organizations, provide 24-hour border surveillance and, with the United States, create a joint working group to combat organized crime, fentanyl trafficking and money laundering. I have also signed a new directive for intelligence services focused on organized crime and fentanyl, for which $ 200 million will be allocated," - said Trudeau.
