US plans negotiations “between rooms” of Ukraine and Russian Federation

The US will hold talks "between separate rooms" with representatives from both countries, Interfax-Ukraine reported.

"It will be shuttle diplomacy between rooms in Riyadh. Then we will see if we can come to a comprehensive ceasefire. That will be the first step to ending this war," Kellogg noted.
