Trump is working on a denuclearization plan with China and Russia

Trump said the US has updated its nuclear program, Reuters reports.

He called the US the number one nuclear power, adding that he hates to admit it because it's terrible.

"Russia is second. China is third, but they'll catch up in four or five years. We might be working on a denuclearization plan, the three of us. We'll see if it works," he noted.
