Trump is determined to provide Ukraine with weapons

The US continues to support Ukraine, and the short pause in arms deliveries was just part of a planned review of all military aid programs, not a change of course, Ukrainska Pravda reported.

"We have been and remain Ukraine's biggest supporters. We care about these people, we make sure they have everything they need," US State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce said.

She noted that US President Donald Trump is determined to make sure Ukraine has everything it needs to defend itself, especially given the mass killings and the need to achieve a ceasefire.

"We have helped them and we will continue to help them. And that is our position. It remains unchanged," she said.
