Trump believes Israel has the right to bomb Gaza

"As I understand it, they killed an Israeli soldier. So the Israelis retaliated, and they should retaliate. When that happens, they have to respond. Nobody knows what happened to the Israeli soldier, but they say it was sniper fire. And this was retaliation for that, and I think they have the right to do that," Trump said.

He said that nothing would jeopardize the ceasefire: “You have to understand that Hamas is a very small part of the world in the Middle East, and they have to behave themselves. If they are good, they will be happy, and if they are bad, they will be destroyed.”
