Trump announces visit of special envoy with diplomatic mission to Kremlin

During a speech in Washington, Trump confirmed that his special envoy will go on a diplomatic mission to Moscow immediately after completing his visit to Israel.

"Yes, he's going to Israel. And then he's going to Russia, believe it or not," Trump said.
