“We expect the active phase of the war to end this year. But, of course, we have to negotiate security guarantees and their practical implementation,” First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko said.

According to Sviridenko, security guarantees should be a component of the future agreement, and NATO is the best solution here, RBC-Ukraine reported.
