Russia once again expresses readiness to negotiate with Ukraine

"The Russian side has repeatedly emphasized that we are ready to continue direct negotiations with Ukraine, with the Ukrainian delegation. Our Turkish partners also consistently emphasize that the Istanbul platform remains at our disposal, these doors remain open to us. If Kiev shows political will, we are ready for such negotiations at any time," said Alexei Ivanov, Russia's chargé d'affaires in Turkey.

During previous rounds of negotiations, the Russian side presented a number of proposals, according to Ukrainska Pravda.
