Oil prices have fallen again

The price of Brent crude, the international benchmark, and U.S. WTI crude fell 2% to about $97 per barrel during Asian trading this morning, according to the Financial Times.

Japan’s Nikkei 225 index, which is dominated by exporters, rose 2.2%, South Korea’s Kospi 200 rose 3.3%, and Taiwan’s overall stock index rose 1.7%.

The S&P 500 closed 1% higher on Monday, recouping all of its losses since the start of the war.
