Negotiations in Abu Dhabi may yield promising progress

According to some Ukrainian and American sources familiar with the negotiations, there are signs that the current talks in Abu Dhabi may be more promising than widely believed, Politico reports.

“Both sides are actually being more constructive — which, admittedly, is an adjective that is often misused and misinterpreted,” the sources emphasized.
