Act of aggression: Russian drones attack Poland

“This is an act of aggression that poses a real threat to the safety of our citizens,” reports the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces.

On the orders of the commander of the Armed Forces, defensive procedures were immediately initiated.

"Polish and allied surveillance assets tracked several objects using radar, and the commander of the Armed Forces Operational Command decided to neutralize those that could pose a threat. Some of the drones that invaded our airspace were shot down. The search and localization of the possible crash sites of these objects is ongoing," the statement said.

The Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces emphasized that they are monitoring the current situation, and Polish and allied forces and assets remain on full alert for further action.
