Trump praises trade deal with EU

Trump, in parallel with EU leaders, confirmed a framework agreement on a new trade deal after long and difficult negotiations in previous months that includes 15 percent duties on most European imports - including auto products, medicines and semiconductors, CNN reported.

Trump said the EU had agreed to buy $750 billion worth of energy resources from the US and invest $600 billion.
