France denied the fake of the Russian Federation

Russian media spread a fake about a "bag of white powder" on the table where Macron sat with Friedrich Merz and Keir Starmer.

In response, the Elysee Palace released two photos from the train carriage by which the European leaders traveled to the Ukrainian capital and captioned them with explanations.

The first photo shows a napkin on a table and includes the explanation, "This is a napkin to wipe yourself." The second shows representatives of European leaders, with the caption, "This is European unity to promote peace."

"When European unity gets in the way, misinformation goes so far as to pass off an ordinary napkin as a drug. This false information is spread by France's enemies from both outside and inside. Be alert to the manipulation," the Elysee Palace reported.
