Customs Officers Identified in Phantom Drone Money-Outflow Scheme

In the first half of 2025, Ukraine officially imported drones worth more than $1 billion. But one-third of that figure was fake — every third drone existed only on paper. Sources inside the State Customs Service confirmed this.
