Zelensky wants to conclude an agreement, - Trump

“He said he would like to conclude an agreement. Actually, there is nothing much to add here. All the parameters are known. It's not as if we are discussing something new - these issues have been discussed for 6-7 months. He came and said he wanted to reach an agreement,” he said.

According to Trump, the obstacle to signing the agreement is the same as it has been throughout the past year.
