US launched massive airstrikes against Iran

"The US Armed Forces, at 5:15 p.m. ET today, under the direction of the Commander-in-Chief, began conducting additional strikes in self-defense against multiple targets within Iran. These strikes are in response to Iran's unfounded and ongoing aggression," US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced.

The goal of the military operation is to compel Tehran to conclude a peace agreement.

All selected targets are located in southern Iran. They include air defense systems, radar stations, and drone control centers.
