Trump called the Chinese leader his friend and spoke positively about his conduct during the blockade, CNN reports.

Trump emphasized that trade will be the main topic of their talks, while the U.S. has the situation with Iran fully under control.

“We have a lot to discuss, but, to be honest, I wouldn’t say that Iran is one of those issues, because we are in complete control of the situation with Iran. We will either make a deal, or they will be destroyed,” he said.
