The President of Finland constantly talks to Trump about Putin

Stubb mentioned this when discussing the potential consequences for Russia if it refuses to move forward with the peace process in Ukraine.

"Of course, if Russia does not fulfill what it agreed with President Trump on Monday, namely to first hold a bilateral meeting between Putin and Zelensky, and then a trilateral meeting between Putin, Zelensky, and Trump, I am sure that Trump will react in one way or another. I always remind the president that the only thing President Putin understands is force, and the only person he listens to is Trump, and the only person he fears is Trump," he added.
