Putin asked Trump to help end the war in Ukraine

"I spoke to him two weeks ago, and he said, 'We've been trying to settle this war for 10 years and haven't been able to. You have to settle it,'" he said.

Trump added that he had resolved some of these issues in an hour, according to Ukrayinska Pravda.

Trump criticized the UN, accusing it of complete inaction in resolving the Russian-Ukrainian war and other conflicts, which he claimed to have stopped after returning to the White House in January 2025.
