Iran accuses the U.S. of violating the ceasefire

According to Hatem al-Anbia, a spokesman for Iran’s Central Command, the U.S. attacked an Iranian oil tanker traveling from Iranian coastal waters near Jask toward the Strait of Hormuz, as well as another vessel entering the Strait of Hormuz near the Emirati port of Fujairah, Reuters reports.

He stated that simultaneously, in cooperation with some countries in the region, airstrikes were carried out on civilian areas along the coast of Bandar-e Hamir, Sirik, and the island of Qeshm.
